How fast can I get a case back?
JETurnaround depends on the work and is shown per case. For many cases in Delhi NCR it can be as little as 24 hours, with pickup and drop across Gurgaon, Delhi and NCR and shipping across India.
What do you make?
JECrown & bridge (zirconia, PFM, metal and glass-ceramic), implant restorations, digital dentures, working models, smile design and diagnostic wax-ups.
How do I submit a case?
JEUpload an intraoral scan or book a pickup from your clinic — a few taps on your phone or desktop. You'll get a case number and a live status the moment it's received.
Can I track my case while it's being made?
JEYes — every case shows its live stage and expected return date, and you get a WhatsApp at each critical step. Designs, approvals, queries and notes all stay on the case.
Do you work with my scanner?
JEWe accept standard intraoral scan files. If you're not yet digital, we can arrange pickup of impressions and help you move to a digital workflow at your own pace.
Who checks the quality?
JEQualified dentists oversee quality control — a clinician's eye on the work, not technicians alone. We're an ISO 13485:2016 certified operation.
Where do you deliver?
JEPickup and drop across Gurgaon, Delhi and NCR, and shipping across India.
What if a case needs a remake or adjustment?
JEFlag it on the case and we'll sort it — remakes and adjustments run through the same live case, with a clinician reviewing what happened.
